Our approach
A damp patch is not always “rising damp”. Mould is not always just a cleaning problem. Condensation is not always the tenant’s fault. A repair is not always solved by hiding the symptom and hoping the building forgets.

Why cause-first matters
Lots of property problems get expensive because the wrong cause is assumed early. Damp gets treated as rising damp. Mould gets wiped but returns. Ventilation gets ignored. External defects get missed. Repairs get patched instead of understood.
We prefer to slow down just enough to ask what is actually causing the problem. Boring? Maybe. Useful? Absolutely.
